FSU Authors Day 2016

FSU Authors Day is an annual event celebrating FSU faculty who have published books or CDs in the past year. This year’s celebration will take place on March 31, 2016, beginning with a reading and book signing by Annika Culver at the Presbyterian University Center at 2:30.

Conversations on Writing and Publishing with FSU Authors

FSU Authors Day then continues with a program featuring faculty authors at 3:30 in the Robert B. Bradley Reading Room, Strozier Library.

In this lively program, several FSU faculty will offer their perspectives and advice on the art and practice of writing, as well as the challenges of publishing books. Kathy Yancey, Professor of English, will moderate a panel of faculty authors, including Denise Von Glahn, Professor of Music, Edward Gray, Professor of History, Robert Olen Butler, Eppes Professor of English, and Svetla Slaveva–Griffin, Associate Professor of Classics.

A reception honoring FSU faculty who have published a book or CD in the past year will follow at 4:30 in the Robert B. Bradley Reading Room, Strozier Library.

Attached is an Excel spreadsheet of this year's faculty who published a book or CD.
