How do I teach on the concepts described as “unlawful discrimination” when there is so much scientific evidence to support them?
Teaching about any, or all, of the concepts specified in the law is acceptable and allowed. What the law prohibits is instructing students that solely by virtue of their race, color, national origin, or sex, they are personally responsible for events, both recent and in the past, or telling them they should feel guilty for these events.
