The goal of my research program and ICON-Health is to promote health and reduce diet-related chronic disease for all through nutrition.
My research looks at the interaction between lifestyle behaviors (e.g. diet, physical activity, sleep, nature engagement) and mental health in daily life. Lifestyle interventions, especially those focusing on sleep and nature.
My research focuses on finding ways to encourage more people to donate blood and support healthcare causes, while also studying how new technologies improve shopping experiences in stores and service businesses. Through real-world experiments, I examine what motivates people to make decisions that benefit society and help businesses better serve their customers.
