My main research interests are in studying variation in consumption, and supply and demand factors that affect individual consumer behavior.

My research focuses on finding ways to encourage more people to donate blood and support healthcare causes, while also studying how new technologies improve shopping experiences in stores and service businesses. Through real-world experiments, I examine what motivates people to make decisions that benefit society and help businesses better serve their customers.
