My research group studies the role of nutrition and metabolism, birth defects and chronic diseases.

My interests are in rural health, health services and health outcomes research.

I conduct research at the Election Law Center as staff attorney. My teaching interests include election law, state legislative process and law, and health and human services.

My research is in feminist legal theory, gender equality, LGBTQ+ rights, and property theory.

My creative activities include direction, choreography and performance in the entertainment industry. I also research depictions of violence in theatre and the ways in which movement is captured on camera.

My interests are in improving fundamental hydrogel design and addressing diseases associated with bone marrow.

I identify effective teaching practices to support students struggling with academics and behavior.

My research examines how stigma and psychosocial factors influence relationship experiences and health outcomes, especially among marginalized youth.

My research interests are innate immunity and host defense.

My passion is teaching and preparing future healthcare providers by providing them with the knowledge and skill sets needed to be true advocates for patients. I thoroughly enjoy interacting and collaborating with students and colleagues.
