My interests are in supporting districts, schools and teachers with educating students with disabilities with the best practices in education.
My research involves the Successful Start: Cognitively Guided Instruction (CGI) project which provides mathematics professional development to Hillsborough County teachers serving students in grades VPK to 3rd grade. The CGI program that will be provided to teachers during the Successful Start: Cognitively Guided Instruction project is based on an Evidence-Based CGI program that meets the What Works Clearinghouse standards for moderate evidence of effectiveness.
My research explores cognitively guided instruction, making mathematics learning opportunities accessible for all.
Dr. Wawire’s research interests are reading across languages, second language acquisition, curriculum and instruction, foundational learning, multilingualism, and language of instruction policy.
Ms. Wardally aims to empower educational districts and staff with focused coaching and mentoring, fostering an inclusive environment that propels all students, especially those with disabilities, towards academic excellence and independence.
Ms. Robertson’s research interest is education of students with disabilities.

Ms. Patterson’s research focuses on the implementation of best practices for inclusive education to ensure all students with disabilities have the same educational, social, and future opportunities as their peers.
