My research interests are rural education, school leadership, pre-service teacher preparation in reading, and best practices for foundational reading instruction.

Ms. Garcia’s research interests are literacy, early intervention, and special education.

Mr. Bone will be working with the National Center on Improving Literacy in translational science surrounding Dyslexia, assessment and screening, and academic intervention.
