Dr. Urrea is a Clinical Trials professional with over 9 years of clinical trials experience with major Pharma/Biotech/Device companies. He has strong clinical judgment and vast experience running clinical trials phase II, III and IV in neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's Disease and Atypical Parkinsonism, including the use of technology, sensors, and neuromodulation.

Dr. Alvarez’s research and teaching interests include pediatric medicine, pediatric infectious diseases, and rare pediatric diseases.
