My research interests include causal inference and treatment regimens.

My research is in the areas of statistics, graphical model, causal discovery, and biomedical data.

My current research interests include (i) topological data analysis, (ii) manifold learning, (iii) fMRI data analysis, and (iv) Euler calculus. My previous research interest was in harmonic analysis and dispersive partial differential equations. 

Dr. Sun’s research interests include network analysis, high-dimensional statistics, and semiparametric statistics.

Dr. Sarkar’s research interests are High Dimensional Bayesian Asymptotics, and Time Series Analysis.
