My goal is to create a fun and supportive classroom that encourages students to grow an appreciation for the inner workings of the world around them through research-backed pedagogy.

I will be teaching basic and advanced biochemistry courses.

My research focuses on the spin dynamics of photoexcited molecules and their application in quantum information science. The Mao group will develop molecular qubits and quantum sensors by combining synthetic design with time-resolved spectroscopy and magnetic resonance techniques.

I would like to teach students lab skills in analytical and physical chemistry.

The Zeng Research Lab develops innovative materials for clean energy technologies and chemical processes for critical energy minerals through integrating materials synthesis, characterization, lab automation, artificial intelligence, and thermodynamic modeling.

Dr. Li’s research interests are single cell sequencing and microfluidics.

Dr. Krishnan's research interest is in organic photochemistry.

Dr. Kalkreuter’s research interests include developing drug discovery techniques and strategies as well as studying how bacteria create these drug-like natural products.

Dr. Håkansson’s research interests include High Performance FT-ICR Tandem Mass Spectrometry for Biomolecular Structural Determination.
