Zhuo Meng

Dr. Meng's research focuses on statistical methods for meta-analysis and publication bias. She is experienced in data analysis and programming. She is also interested in the applications of statistical methods to real-world problems. 

Burcu Izci

Dr. Izci's research interests include caregiver-child interactions, children's technology and media use, undergraduate student success, and faculty development.

Emilie Miley

Dr. Miley's research focuses on two areas within healthcare including patient-reported outcomes (PROs) and injury prevention. Dr Miley seeks to leverage large data to assess the psychometric properties of PROs in healthcare as well as understand how manual therapy interventions can be used to restore normal movement patterns within the healthy, active population.

Brenda Wawire

Dr. Wawire’s research interests are reading across languages, second language acquisition, curriculum and instruction, foundational learning, multilingualism, and language of instruction policy. 

April Yun

Dr. Yun’s research focuses on preventive strategies that strengthen positive familial relationships, resilience, and psychological well-being. 

Garrett Bone

Mr. Bone will be working with the National Center on Improving Literacy in translational science surrounding Dyslexia, assessment and screening, and academic intervention.

Ibahim Yigit

Dr. Yigit’s research centers on examining the effects of HIV-related and other intersectional stigmas on health outcomes, including viral suppression and treatment adherence, in individuals living with or at risk of HIV. He utilizes advanced statistical analyses, particularly mediation and moderated-mediation models, for larger datasets.
