I enjoy teaching all aspects of entrepreneurship and I'm particularly interested in STEM entrepreneurship and using AI tools and workflows for business acceleration and productivity.
My academic specialty is Entrepreneurship, with expertise in Entrepreneurship, Family Business, and the Work–Life Interface. My teaching interests include Entrepreneurship, Management, and Organizational Behavior, particularly topics such as Leadership and Organizational Culture. My teaching philosophy is grounded in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, where students are engaged and motivated through a variety of interactive class activities.
Ms. Roberts oversees JMI’s national programs, which include the Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans – Accelerate (EBV-A), Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans’ Families (EBV-F) and Small Business Leadership Conference. She has worked for and with small businesses for most of her career and has held marketing and communications positions at the Florida Chamber Foundation, Enterprise Florida, Danfoss Turbocor and Ajax Building Corporation.
Dr. Santos’s primary research interests focus on the intersection of entrepreneurship and adversity, in particular under the conditions of poverty. Other research interests include social entrepreneurship, gender, entrepreneurship education, and individual and team level processes in entrepreneurship.
Dr. Liguori currently serves as Co-Editor-In-Chief of the Journal of Small Business Management, Chair of AACSB’s Entrepreneurship & Innovation Affinity Group, Senior Editor for Entrepreneurship and Innovation for Cogent Business and Management, and Executive Editor Emeritus of Entrepreneurship Education and Pedagogy. Dr. Liguori's work has been featured in media outlets including USA Today, U.S.
Mr. Geoghagan’s background is in Big Four management strategy, operations, and human resources consulting. Mr. Geoghagan’s teaching interests center on business strategy, operational efficiency, and human resource management. His focus is on equipping students with practical tools and insights to thrive in competitive and evolving business environments.
