Dr. Principi’s research interests are music theory, twentieth-century music, and philosophy of interpretation.

Dr. Stenson’s main research area is to amplify women’s voices on the podium by interviewing mentors, teachers, and conductors in the music world while exploring the gender divide. (https://www.conducther.com) 

Dr. Moore's research interests are inspired by my teaching experiences and the lived experiences of black female band directors. I want to ensure that future female music educators see themselves in the profession they are entering. I am committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the profession.

Mr. Blanchard’s research interests are studying and being active in the modern music industry.
