My teaching explores the intersections of environment, economy, food, social movements, and gender, alongside introductory courses in anthropology.

Alireza Salami
The ultimate goal of our research is to gain a deeper understanding of how the neural correlates of cognitive decline in aging, with the long-term aim of developing strategies to mitigate cognitive deterioration in older age. We employ advanced, state-of-the-art methods, such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), to map the structural and functional properties of the aging brain.
