Carl-Philip Ahlbom

My research focuses on finding ways to encourage more people to donate blood and support healthcare causes, while also studying how new technologies improve shopping experiences in stores and service businesses. Through real-world experiments, I examine what motivates people to make decisions that benefit society and help businesses better serve their customers.

Dr. Crolic’s research interest is in consumer behavior with a particular focus on how consumers enjoy repeated hedonic experiences (e.g., looking at the same piece of art again and again) as well as consumers' interactions with new technologies.
