Genna Boyd
Ms. Boyd’s current research in her enrolled doctoral program in Organizational Leadership with Southeastern University includes Path-Goal Leadership Theory and how leader behavior affects vocational education student motivation.
Jennifer Farinella
Dr. Farinella serves in a 100% administrative capacity and really enjoys the opportunity to support fellow faculty members, graduate teaching assistants, adjuncts, and students in the College of Social Work. She appreciates opportunities to better understand university and college policies and ensure appropriate procedures align to best serve the individuals involved in any process.

Dr. West teaches introductory undergraduate chemistry courses at the Panama City, FL campus. Her research focuses on uncovering mechanisms of protein aggregation on neuronal membranes in Parkinson's disease.
Sandra Pugh
Dr. Pugh’s teaching interests focus on helping students develop effective communication skills as writers and speakers, and her research interests focus on adult literacy.

The majority of Dr. Hoffman’s research has focused on prevention as well as mental health-related health communication. He is teaching undergraduate and graduate courses at FSU-PC.
