(2) Institution-Specific Graduation Requirements: In addition to meeting the statewide
minimum graduation requirements described in (1), students must meet institutional
and programmatic requirements. Any institution-wide graduation requirements must
meet the requirements of Section 1007.25(3)(c), Florida Statutes. This includes any
course identified as meeting the institution-wide graduation requirement. For
purposes of this provision, institution-wide graduation requirements mean
designated courses or curricular components that apply uniformly to all students.
This definition does not include credit hour thresholds, residency requirements, GPA
standards, or other graduation conditions that do not consist of a specific course or
course-based requirement.
